The Team You Call to Get It Done
404 Renovation Team is a GTA-based renovation and handyman crew covering painting, plumbing, flooring, drywall, tiling, decks, installations and full project management.
One crew, instead of five phone numbers
Most renovation headaches come from coordination, not craftsmanship. A painter shows up before the drywall is finished. A plumber is booked out three weeks. Nobody tells you the tile order is delayed. We started 404 Renovation Team to close that gap by putting painting, plumbing, flooring, drywall, tiling, installations and general handyman work under one roof, managed by one team.
That means fewer handoffs, fewer scheduling gaps, and one person you can actually reach when you have a question about your project.
What working with us looks like
- 01
We Explain Before We Start
You get a written quote and a plain-language walkthrough of what happens, in what order, before any work begins.
- 02
We Treat Your Home Like Ours
Floors and furniture get protected, dust gets contained where possible, and the site gets cleaned up at the end of each day.
- 03
We Coordinate the Trades
On multi-trade jobs, we sequence the work ourselves instead of leaving you to schedule around each contractor.
- 04
We Put It in Writing
Scope, materials, and price are documented up front, so there is no confusion about what "the quote" actually covers.
That badge goes on every job
You'll see it on our vans across the GTA and on every quote we send. It's a short way of saying the same crew that gave you the estimate is the crew that shows up and finishes the work.
Where we work
Based in the GTA, on the road across the region.
